Complex Case Specialist Search Fee
We find and contact suitable specialist hospitals for you.
After your enquiry is accepted, you pay the £350 fee. We then review the medical information, identify suitable specialists, contact selected hospitals and send you the available options and responses.
The fee must be paid in full before DM2Medical contacts any specialist, clinic or hospital. Once the agreed work begins, it is non-refundable if the patient later decides not to proceed.

Visa-supporting medical documents can only follow a genuine clinical review and acceptance by a treating hospital. DM2Medical does not provide an immigration route independently of medical care.

Fee and visa outcomesThe £350 specialist search fee pays for work already undertaken to identify and contact appropriate specialists. It is separate from later coordination fees and is not refunded because the patient declines treatment or a visa is refused. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Before you submit your case
Does DM2Medical make medical decisions?+
No. DM2Medical provides non-clinical coordination. Diagnosis, suitability, treatment recommendations and clinical decisions remain entirely with the treating medical professionals.
Is hospital acceptance guaranteed?+
No. A hospital or specialist may request further investigations, offer a consultation, decline the case or suggest a different treatment pathway.
Does DM2Medical guarantee a visa?+
No. DM2Medical can coordinate factual treatment documentation provided by an accepting hospital, but visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or consular authority. Medical confirmation will not be requested before the hospital has reviewed and accepted the case.
Is the £350 complex case specialist search fee refundable?+
The fee must be paid before DM2Medical contacts specialists, clinics or hospitals. Once the agreed review, research and provider-outreach work begins, it is not refunded simply because the patient later chooses not to proceed or because a subsequent visa application is refused. The £350 is a separate fee and is not credited towards a later coordination package. Any statutory cancellation rights continue to apply, including the rules governing work started during the cancellation period at the patient's express request.
How are treatment costs paid?+
Medical treatment fees are paid directly to the hospital or provider. DM2Medical's coordination fees are separate and do not include medical treatment.
