How Does Medical Travel
Actually Work?
From your first enquiry to recovery and follow-up — every step is planned, coordinated, and supported across Europe and Turkey. Here's exactly what to expect.
How it works
Start with a £100 Quote Search
We review your case and approach suitable providers for written quotes. The search starts as soon as you pay. If you proceed with a coordination package within 60 days of receiving your quotes, the £100 is deducted from the package price. The fee is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed after receiving your quotes. If no suitable provider can quote within 10 working days, we refund the £100.
Choose your coordination package
If you decide to proceed, choose Essential (£350), Premium (£650) or Concierge (£950). Your £100 search fee is deducted from the package price if you proceed within 60 days.
Treatment costs are paid directly to the provider.

Personalised Coordination Options
We explain the appropriate service, what is included and the applicable coordination fees before you commit.
Agreement & Payment
Once you select your service, we send our Medical Travel Coordination Agreement for electronic signature. Payment is required before personalised hospital research and coordination begins.
Medical Information & Specialist Search
With your consent, we securely coordinate relevant medical information and contact suitable hospitals and specialists within the agreed service.
Treatment Options & Consultations
We share available hospital responses, quotations and consultation options. Medical suitability is determined by the treating specialist.
Treatment & Travel Arrangements
We coordinate appointments, treatment arrangements, travel, accommodation and transfers according to the patient's selected package.
Recovery & Follow-Up
We assist with aftercare arrangements, follow-up appointments and hospital communication where included in the selected package.

Complex & Rare Cases: Complex specialist searches have a separate £450 fee, which is non-refundable subject to applicable statutory cancellation rights. This fee is not deducted from future coordination packages. Extended searches are quoted separately.
