How payments work — complete transparency
DM2Medical charges only for coordination and concierge services — planning, logistics, specialist matching, communication, and support throughout your journey. All hospital treatment, surgeon fees, and medical costs are paid directly to the relevant independent healthcare provider. DM2Medical never handles your medical payments.

How our fees work
Step 1: Quote Search, £100. We review your case, approach suitable providers and get written quotes. The £100 covers the search work, which starts as soon as you pay. If you go ahead within 60 days, the full £100 is deducted from your coordination package. It is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed after receiving your quotes. If no suitable provider can quote within 10 working days, we refund it.
Step 2: Coordination, only if you proceed. Essential £350 (£250 to pay after your £100). Premium £650 (£550 to pay). Concierge £950 (£850 to pay). Treatment costs are paid directly to the provider.

Complex & Rare Case Specialist Search
£450
This is a non-refundable initial specialist search fee, subject to applicable statutory cancellation rights. It covers the agreed initial search for suitable specialist hospitals and coordination of provider enquiries. It is separate from standard coordination packages and is not deducted from later packages. Extended specialist searches are quoted individually. Hospital acceptance cannot be guaranteed.
