We do not accept partners based on self-promotion. Every specialist and facility in our network meets strict criteria.
Published results
We only partner with surgeons whose outcomes are independently published and verifiable — not just claimed.
Accreditation verified
We verify each partner facility's credentials and standards individually before making any referral. A number of our partner hospitals hold relevant national and international accreditations, which we confirm as part of our due diligence.
English-speaking teams
At each partner facility we refer clients to, we confirm in advance that English-language communication is available throughout your care — consultations, clinical teams, and recovery support.
Client feedback & standards
We stay in contact with clients throughout and after their journey, gathering feedback on every referral. Partners who do not consistently meet our expectations are removed from our network.
