Do I pay DM2Medical for the medical treatment?
No. You pay the hospital or clinic directly — usually in euros, by card or bank transfer. DM2Medical charges a coordination fee only (£350–£1,100 depending on your chosen tier). There are no hidden mark-ups on procedure costs.
Are there any hidden costs?
We provide a full cost breakdown before you commit. The only variable costs are flights and accommodation, which depend on your dates and preferences. We are completely transparent about all costs from the first consultation.
What if the procedure takes longer than expected?
If your stay needs to extend for clinical reasons, DM2Medical will coordinate extended accommodation at the same rate. We manage this without any additional coordination fee.
Does my UK travel insurance cover medical treatment abroad?
